2025年4月1日より、当クリニックでは以下の対応となります。
「外来ベースアップ加算Ⅰ」を取得いたしました。これにより、次のように変更となります。初診料：6点の加算、再診料：2点の加算 (1点10円)
From April 1st,the insurance payment system has changed. you need pay additional 6 points (around 18 yen ) for the first time visit and 2 points (6 yen ) for the second time visits. Thank you.

ゴールデンウィーク休診のお知らせ。　Notice: temporary non-consultation day during the Golden Week Holidays
4月29日（火）から5月6日（火）をお休みします。
なお、4月28日（月）は診療致します。よろしくお願い申し上げます。

診療報酬の変更のお知らせ/ The change of the insurance payment system
診療報酬が変更あり、令和6年12月1日より、加算2、3，4が無くなりました（マイナ保険証の利用に関わらず）。From Dec.1st, Insurance organizations do not issue insurance card. You can use your “Identification Number Card” at this clinic when you link the card with your National Insurance Card.
We work to provide high quality medical service by using your medical information. We encourage you to use “Insurance Card Linked Identification Number Card”.
From Dec. 1st,2024 The insurance payment system has changed a little whether you use“Identification Number Card”or do not.

平日/Weekdays 11:00 - 19:00
土曜日/Sat.　 10:00 - 17:00
※ 最終受付/Closing time
平日/Weekdays18：50、土曜日/Sat.16：50

新型コロナウィルス感染症対策についてのお願い／Prevention Measures for new corona virus infection
現在の新型コロナウィルスの流行状況に鑑み以下についてお願い申し上げます。

1. マスク着用　（来院時はできるだけマスクをご持参ください。当院では患者様にお配りする数の余裕はありませんのでご自身でのご用意をお願いします。）
2． 手指消毒　（来院時、アルコールでの手指消毒をお願いします。）
3． 微熱又は咳等の症状のある方
地域の保健所または厚生労働省の電話相談窓口へご連絡ください（東京都　03-5320-4592、厚生労働省　0120-565-653）。

Prevention Measures for new corona virus infection
1. Wearing a facemask　 (please use mask before coming to the clinic for yourself as much as you can. we are afraid we don’t have enough facemasks for each patient)
2. Washing your hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer
(you can use the sanitizer on the front desk and the lavatory)
3. When you have symptoms such as cough or fever

梅雨入りしました･･･紫陽花がきれいです。
私の髪は湿気で膨らんでいます。今朝、BSで「おしん」→「なつぞら」を観ていました。「なつぞら」が終わった途端、懐かしい画像が！「大草原の小さな家」が始まりました。なんと・・・・・
